Nylon Batting Cage Nets

HDPE Batting Cage Nets

Unlike other PE cages, our HDPE cages have the highest UV protection molded right into the fibers, this is an excellent choice for economical outdoor applications. Our braided HDPE batting cage nets are our only nets that are hung on a diamond mesh. Since this cage is knotless, there are no high spots to accelerate wear. A very economical outdoor applications.

Construction

Every BCI batting cage net is assembled using computerized sewing machines in our ISO9002 certified manufacturing facility. First the rope is woven in and out through the netting. Next, our machines tightly weave a thick cord around the rope perimeters in a positive locking pattern called Posi-Lock, that provides the strongest possible bind between the netting and the rope. Finally, we sew an extra rib line the runs down the middle of top panel from front to back. This provides an extra support point so you can keep the net held high.

Features

Prior to the extrusion process, our outdoor cages have UV protection molded into the fibers for superior resistance to fading and breakdown in the sun.

  • end tails for ease of installation
  • and posi-lock stitching
