I could not be happier with the product and customer service. About an hour after my order, I got an email stating the net to the cage I ordered was on backorder and offer a substitute but I wanted the original net so I waiting a couple weeks. Customer service was quick to alleviate parts/shipping issues.

I received my 10’x10’ backdrop net in a very timely fashion with constant shipping updates. It’s now hanging in my basement where I practice hit softballs. I think it’s going to do a fine job for me. Thanks for answering my email question and for the quick shipping.
