This cage net has UV protection molded right into the fibers. Since polyethylene doesn’t absorb water, this is an excellent choice for outdoor applications.

What is the mesh size (opening) of the net?

    • BCI

Center of mesh to center of mesh is 1-7/8″ (1.875″). The actual open area (by removing the twine) is closer to 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″.

    • Samantha Hunter

Does the netting have an opening for easy access?

      • BCI

Yes, there is one opening, an overflap door, at one end of the net.

  2. Steve

    Can I get a wider net I need a 16 feet wide 14 tall 60 long

    • BCI

Hi, Steve. Yes, we can make any size you need! One of our reps will get in touch with you via email with the details of a 16′ x 14′ x 60′ batting cage net. Please feel free to call to speak with someone directly at 1(800)463-6865. We’re looking forward to serving you!

    • Jacob

How high do the pole need to be for the 12x12x70? Trying to figure out once it’s hung how much should be on the ground

      • BCI

        Jacob,

The net would weigh 148 Lbs. You do not necessarily need 8-10 inches on the ground. I would recommend a minimum of 6 “ on the ground.

        Thanks!

In the process of building the cage. Net looks pretty good. Will update once it is up.
