Our Beartrap™ net is simply the best outdoor commercial batting cage available. Excellent choice for a high end back yard net, but also perfectly suitable for commercial applications! We have literally sold thousands of these cages to colleges, professional baseball teams, and municipalities.
Beartrap premium netting contains a UV inhibitor with a polymer commonly used in bulletproof vests. We extruded the individual fibers and braided them into twine. Lastly, we dipped the twine in a black carbon-based dye, adding UV protection and color stability. For quality assurance, we conducted side-by-side comparisons of KVX200™ and nylon. We found that these enhancements significantly extend the outdoor life of our netting. Beartrap remains intact and dark black while nylon slowly breaks down and fades to brown.
Our standard L-Screen has been around for many years. Featuring heavy duty 1.5″ O.D. steel tubing with locking snap-pin construction, it is easy to assemble and to store in the off-season. The non-reflective black powder-coated finish looks fantastic and provides superior protection against the elements.
Extend the life of your batting cage with our heavy duty vinyl back drop. This panel is 5′ wide x 7′ tall, and is designed to take the repeated impact from pitching machines.
Our commercial batting cage frames are constructed with 1-5/8″ outside diameter powder coated steel tubing. Please…compare tubing diameter before you buy! Many companies sell frames with much smaller tubing. If your batting cage frame will be exposed to the wind, you will need at least 1-5/8″ outside diameter tubing. Our powder coated black holds up very well to strong sun or rain, and looks great for years to come.
If you plan on taking your frame down during the off season, the ground sleeves are a must. Ground sleeves greatly add to the stability of your batting cage frame.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
