KVX200 premium netting contains a UV inhibitor with a polymer commonly used in bulletproof vests. We extruded the individual fibers and braided them into twine. Lastly, we dipped the twine in a black carbon-based dye, adding UV protection and color stability. For quality assurance, we conducted side-by-side comparisons of KVX200™ and nylon. We found that these enhancements significantly extend the outdoor life of KVX200™ netting. KVX200™ remains intact and dark black while nylon slowly breaks down and fades to brown.
Square Hung Knotted
Square hung nets typically hang straighter, the edges will be neat, and the border will naturally follow the edge of the netting.
Diamond Hung Knotless
This cage is different than our square-hung KVX200™ cages in that it incorporates knotless KVX200™ netting. The advantage of knotless netting is that there are no “high spots” where the knots are. This allows the net to wear more evenly. The disadvantage to diamond hung is it doesn’t hang as straight as square-hung.
5′ x 7′ Net Backdrop
Extend the life of your batting cage with our heavy duty netting back drop. This panel is 5′ wide x 7′ tall, and is designed to take the repeated impact from pitching machines.
